Don’t offer to take clothes and pay cash and not take anything. I had multiple bags with high end and in trend items and was told they didn’t want to pay because it didn’t match the store and was too new. Waste of my time.

Don’t waste your time with them. Mocked the clothes I brought in as a group when only one person should be going through my bin, DID NOT TAKE A SINGLE ITEM. Worst, picky, platos closet location.

Really uneducated as far as what clothes are trending. They pass on popular items repeatedly. Take a look around the store to see what they are actually purchasing. I see so many out of date, worn looking pieces.

Hi Nicole, we buy & sell all styles and sizes, for girls sizes 00 to 30 and up to 6x & guys sizes XS to 3X. Our inventory is constantly changing depending on what we buy in daily.
There is no way they would be able to do that. How would they stay in business?! You would have to go in to see what they offer you, if they are interested.
You will have to take all the item you want to sell into the store. The clothing/shoes should be cleaned/washed prior to being taken in. They take your information (name/number) then they go through the items you took in and compare them to what's trending now. If they find items they want to purchase, they will offer you either cash or store credit. The items they weren't interested in they will return to you.
Hi Sanjay, we don't really buy prom dresses, actually. We stopped doing that a couple years back. Every now and again we'll buy the shorter prom/homecoming dresses but not a lot. Thank you for asking.
