I think their ice cream machines are either set to cold or they use ice milk, their ice cream was gritty, (ice crystals), and they are way more expensive than the other places around the area. The staff that was working was very friendly and polite.

They always have good ice cream and shakes specially their Flavor of the week which I get when they post it. They are always busy on a summer time when lines are long. A lot of folks love their ice cream.

Besides the increased popularity & resulting wait times, this place is one of the best! Good ice cream, prices have increased a fair amount in the last couple years - still decent compared to other places.
