They quoted me a out the door price and ended up charging us $21 dollars more than quote. They do good work, NOW they Lost my business, Sorry. I should of went to Henderson Glass like my instinct told me to.

Used to replace one window outside. 3 months later the entire casing began peeling and broke. I called a few times to discuss. Not very helpful. Just said trim must have been “dry rotted”. I can literally see through the corner of the window to the outside. Also, the secretary went on a political anti-American rant when I first booked them. Politics while answering phones for a window company?? Should have been a red flag.

They have cut and fit several pieces for me.
Sir, you pulled in extremely close while an employee was carrying a very large sheet of clear glass. It appeared you did not see the glass in his hands and we apologize if we appeared rude, it was fear and concern, we would be devastated to have anyone injured on our property. We do hope you find someone who can work on your motor.
