I have NEVER had to deal with this much ignorance. My package was never delivered, they never let me know I had to be home for it, never left a note or anything. I called costumer service not helpful at all, have to reschedule everything for Monday since they are not open on the weekend and can't redeliver today. I would rather use any other delivery service other than this one.

Very disappointing, pulled a USPS label to send to 3rd party. USPS never received, completely poor ethics and theft. Read other comments... I tried to find phone no. to call. Only get corporate and in Arizona not MI. 1/2 tempted to drive the 2 hours to talk to management...I want my package. It was a wedding gift from international friend.

Yes you can, make sure you have a declaration of the value of the goods for customs purposes before going though if you do not have this you cannot ship overseas
