Hello my name is William Alston and I normally don't leave reviews on Businesses, good or bad service well I take that back it was one business that I had to leave a review on because it was the worst experience I have ever ever ever experienced and I wanted to shout it out from the rooftops about my horrible experience at that business now fast forward this is not that moment, well it's the total polar opposite actually, I mean I still want to shout from the rooftops about my experience but not a restaurant or a bad experience, actually the best experience and of all places ,my experience was at a Dentistry office. Aspen Dental was on point , I have visited a lot of dental offices around the world and all of them were pretty much Cookie Cutter Type Places, I mean next stop the ER type of atmosphere that type of vibe for me but at this particular office in Lagrange, Georgia, from the door I felt Welcome, a lot of warmth was in that office and you could feel it,to be clear I had painted my picture what to expect prior to arriving there because of past experiences so this was not expected but let me get to why I am really taken the time to write my review and it's because of an awesome young lady there named Alyssa, Wow she was amazing, her warmth and professionalism made me a proud father and I wasn't her father but she gave you a since of care and attention like you were family and that shocked me in a good way of course and on top of that to only to been working at her job two months, wow she was a natural and I appreciated that plus to create a home run experience I would like to also mention Natalie the hygienist , a wonderful young lady with a bright future because you can tell she really cares and Of course , Dr. Abby, a wonderful Dentist I must say, who completed the circle around the plate, she (Dr. Abbie) added to the overall good vibes in the office from all of her staff and on top of that every one in the office just loved and respected her and just overall loved being apart of the team with her and that spoke volumes to me. Finally to end this review from a man of few words , so for me to get carried away like this, it have to be a big deal and to me , it is , I am so happy to find my forever Dental Office, Thank you, Thank you for such a wonderful experience and I am looking forward to my next visit, wow something I can't believe I am saying out of my mouth but yes I am looking forward to it, Thank you.

Wayyy better than most dentist places I have been too. The people are super friendly and the environment felt safe. They shown me what they look for in a xray picture and I really appreciate that because most dentist places I been too only say stuff but ever show anything. They check on me multiple times ad I was waiting for the doctor, which was nice, I didn't mind waiting. Then they set me up for a credit plan to help fix my mouth which was bliss and the lady was super nice.

I feel like Aspen Dental is just a money scheming practice. I could see doing an evaluation and ADVISING me of seen problems. But to tell me I can't get a maintenance cleaning until I do $2000+ dental work that didn't include me having any cavities. NONE..NO CAVITIES!! But yet you want to replace my fillings and give me a antibiotic treatment when I'm having no problems. NOT My teeth could not be cleaned even at another appointment unless I did all this work first because according to the office person it would be medical malpractice That is a bunch of bull. I went to another dentist to get my teeth cleaned and told him what was said and he laughed at that statement and said it sounded like your company was trying to scam money out of people and that a maintenance teeth cleaning before work, that was even necessary, was not medical malpractice. You lost a customer for life.
