I'd give 6 stars if I could.... I'm so glad this place exists in my neighborhood. The guys are friendly and very knowledgable and take their time to explain what's going on with your ride. They sell quality accessories-- I bought a new head light (1200 lumens!!!) and bike pump and feel confident in their quality and value. I would WAY rather walk into this store for any of my bike needs than give a dime to Jeff Bezos and the Amazon nebulous thats taken over the roads and crushing independent retailers. Accessories aside, this place has *excellent* quality repair service, and these guys have my business as long as I own a bicycle. Honest work by honest people!

Sullivan's Continental bike shop is a hidden gem of a bike shop in Hazel Park. I work on my own bikes, but whenever I'm in a pinch, this is where I go. Patrick and Mark are both extremely knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you in any way possible. Thanks guys!

In normal times I am sure they do. We had to wait 2 weeks for our bikes to be repaired but that's due to a ton of repairs that were ahead of us. It was well worth the wait. Our bikes are better than new.

Looked over and estimates are usually free...but that's not to say that things won't be worse than they seem or finding other problems along the way. This is my "GO TO" bike shop. Even though I am a Mountain Biker and they MAINLY work with Road/cruiser/racer bikes...they also do Great Work on Mountain Bikes and E Bikes
