First time and definitely the last time ever ordering fabrics from this company. Took me 3 weeks to get my orders, which I was supposed to get after 1 week. When my finally came in on a Saturday, 2 items were missing. Called them the following Monday only to hear that they don’t have those fabrics anymore and will refund my money. They did not even make it their duty to contact me prior and after shipping to let me know that couples of products are missing. Very bad customer service and not trustworthy at all.

it took about a month for my eight yds of fabric to arrive. (three weeks waiting for it to ship) the fabric arrived, in lengths that make me question if the people are nick of time can measure or cut in a straight line. however, it is there, and i did only pay 51$ for it so... you’re a smart consumer if you’re reading this review, you can come to your own conclusions.

Sometimes things don't go as smoothly as we like when we order stuff online; it's the hiccups that provide businesses the opportunity to really show who they are. That being said, I can't say enough great things about Marc and his team. We had a little confusion around my order, but they made it right and I'm pleased as punch. I love the fabric I received - perfect for my project. I'll be a repeat customer, for sure!

I ordered 10 yards of denim from these guys; 8 yds of "navy" (which is really off-black, and far darker than the 20% allowance for variance they state on their website) and 1 yd / ea of hunter green and burgundy. The "navy" arrived but they forgot to put in the green and burgundy. I've contacted them 3 times to have them ship the missing yardage but they just ignore the emails- no response. They just don't care. So my next step will be going thru PayPal to get my money back. So disappointing.
