This is a gem in SLO. Great, friendly staff and the food is wonderful! Highly recommend it, though parking in the new location is tricky, it’s well worth it.

First the Great stuff: brussel sprouts were killer!! Baked brie was also very delicious. The French fries were some of the best ever had! Perfectly crispy and salty. The bad: All the sliders were on brioche which is thick, very crispy ( not tender) and over powered the insides. All the beef sliders we got were over done and lacked flavor because all the juice had been scorched out of them. The Cobb salad was also a disappointment bc it was lacking the different salad types, croutons and the chicken was over cooked and chewy. All in all, cozy atmosphere, some good drinks, but the main dishes just lacked the details that you would expect from a craft eatery.

Although I really love the place, food and concept, the experience at the new location in SLO was less than satisfying! Sat for almost 15 minutes without anybody acknowledging we were there and there was only 5 other parties in the place. After pointing that out to staff, it took another 5 minutes until somebody attempted to serve us. Not sure if the staff is all new as well, but definitely unacceptable, especially if the place is 90% empty. Disappointing!

Seriously, check this place out if you are near San Luis Obispo. So my family is taking a scenic tour from southern California to San Francisco. I found this delicious location by searching for the best ratings on our route. It did not disappoint. The clever ordering options and sizes allow you to try lots of variety. We ordered three different trios for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). The flavors were so good I nearly cried. Try a local brew to go with the amazing local flavor. The staff there was attentive and got us taken care of within our quick timeline needs.
