No pets allowed posted all over the park and painted on the side walks
None of the pavilions are enclosed. Just a roof. There is a performance pavilion that has a stage which is enclosed around the stage end. No air con with any of them

Define Open. It is a park. It is open as of mid Aug 2020, maybe check regarding what you would like to do first (as in pool is probably not open). Concerts in the Park on Sunday Nights for up to 250 people, and then more can be outside the designated area listening.

You definitely cannot barbecue at any park in the state without setting it up first. Don't give people false information. Please tell me were you read that doing that is free and anyone can do it. If someone is renting the pavilion at the same time you and your family just take over and start barbecuing that would be an issue. You think things through for half a minute and realize no yeah that would cause problems there has to be some specific rules to doing this sort of thing at a public place. And at a place where you can rent it for your own personal use and then yeah no here's 10 strangers having a barbecue even though you paid money to reserve the pavilion for your thing. You're friendly neighborhood responsible person here to remind you that there are specific numbers for parks you can look this stuff up yourself too.
Yes. There are several paviollion plus picinic benches with grills
They have a snack station there for food and drinks and yes you can also bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverage of your choice
The pool is open all week from 12pm to 8pm.
The reason why you did not get an answer it's because the pool is closed until Monday Memorial Day that's the first day it opens
