Randy's Trash

I've had Randy's since November of 2021. Since that time they have missed my trash at least 6 times, leaving my trash for a week each time (except once). When I called the most recent time to report missed trash, their mailbox was full so I couldn't notify them. On the next business day, I advised them, which they said I had to leave a message. I requested to cancel my service at which point I was told the manager would be contacting me and they would be picking my trash up that day (Monday). Come Wednesday, they still hadn't picked my trash up and the manager never called. Their secretary (who deserves 5 stars herself) texted the manager that I was very upset and to call me. The manager's reply, "if he wants to quit, let him quit." I advised them I was getting another provider and they were to pick my trash and can up by Friday (today). Normally they are here VERY early in the morning, they have yet to pick up the trash or the can. Don't waste your time, spend the extra couple of bucks for Nester's or ANYONE else. I wouldn't give them any stars, but I had to pick at least one.

Stay away from Randys Trash save yourself the headache, missed trash every other week, left several messages and no return phone calls. I never thought trash pickup was so complicated. I wonder how such a place of business can even exist?
