Positive: The variety of choices at breakfast, the promptness of the staff, the pool, wifi and gym. Kids really enjoyed the whole stay, from the room to the pool! Negative: Key card stopped working after a few hours but we were given new ones immediately.

Positive: Staff was accommodating when I made incorrect reservation for wrong room size. Easy and quick change they made for me over the phone. Negative: Generally could be cleaned more. Splatters on wall and in elevator. Dusty vent in bathroom. Pillows were a little weird, but I appreciated how many there were. Wish there were extra sheets provided. Remote for TV didn¿t work right, but got by anyway.

We booked a night to stay at the hotel. We decided that the trip was not going to happen and we called well in advance to cancel our room. The person on the phone confirmed that it was cancelled and that we would not be charged. We received a confirmation email from the general manager about the cancellation. A few days later we were charged for staying there when we did not. I called to receive a refund and the manager is refusing a refund. We will never stay at this hotel again. There is another hotel next to them that you should stay at instead. I will make sure all of my friends and families stay at the other hotel and avoid this one.

At the moment we walked in we had issues. If you arrive a bit early they have to charge $10 per room per hour. So we decided to go waste time since we were less than an hour from check in time. The person working at the front desk was nice but wearing a hoodie. When we checked in, the rooms we requested 2 queen beds, 2 rooms adjoining turned into 1 king bed with pull out sofas, adjoining. So we tried to switch to what we booked and they said we booked online third party (which we didn’t. Ordered via Choice Hotels) there was nothing they could do to accommodate us. Only option was non-adjoining rooms. After we requested a “ manager” which they said they didn’t have right now, someone resembling a manager walked out and gave us a discount, which I won’t hold my breath on seeing. They did not even have cots available to accommodate. Also, the sofa pull out bed was broken. My back was screaming in the morning. We decided to stay adjoining since that was important. My sisters room had no working heat and they only provided us with three towels per room. The pool is very small almost a square and looking down in you could see actual grime on the bottom of the pool. To the point where you can see scuff marks in the grime from feet. The pool area had no towels and the trash that was left in there from the night before was still there in the morning. They still have breakfast, but it is all packaged and if you want the “fresh” coffee of hot water they say they replenish every few hours, you have to go request it. I definitely will not stay there again. Even felt the need to check for bed bugs. Thankfully there were none. If a little thought and work would be put into cleaning and booking, it would be a decent hotel for the price.
