I tried to sell some of my antique items through them and they were very slow and unprofessional in their communication. They asked me to bring the items over but didn’t tell me exactly where and stopped responding when I followed up. How am I supposed to bring my items when you don’t send me an address and the terms of your consignment process beforehand? Disappointing.

I sent Kent photos of a tricky piece of furniture I wanted to sell and he responded straight away. They came that week to collect the furniture. To my amazement they were able to dismantle the piece and remove it from the house. His expertise was invaluable as it had been incredibly difficult to get into the house.
