I had some inherited and gifted jewelry I was looking to sell. My previous experience in the secondhand retail world left me wary and skeptical. Unsure of where to go, and wanting straightforward answers, I went to Eric because of the reviews. I could not have been happier with his service. I am fairly clueless when it comes to value and resale, but did know, for certain, that one of the pieces was 24k gold. It also happened to be a ring that looked like it was from a gumball machine. Eric spotted it right away, offered the current market rate for gold, then (after I confessed to my cluelessness) taught me a thing or two about what I was dealing with. Additionally, he hooked me up with a goldsmith and gems expert to have alterations and repairs to a ring that needed a replacement stone. This is the place to go!
