My husband ordered a beautiful bouquet online for his mom for her birthday. He had it delivered and was so excited for her to receive it because we recently moved out of state and it has been rough for her. She sent a picture so excited however I am extremely upset the arrangement looks like something from a grocery store if that is what I wanted I would have called smiths grocery and pain half the price. It looked nothing like the online picture. update:they called this morning and have remedied the problem. I am happy that they were professional about it and we're willing to take care of it.

That is a great question! I do not have an answer for you, however...if you give them a call tomorrow during normal business hours, not only would they be more than happy to answer this for you, but they will probably woo you pretty well too.
