I do not plan to return. In January my vintage Singer 401A was "repaired" for over $115. A few months later it stopped working. I called and was told, Yeah the motor was pretty weak but can't get motor for that machine. I took it to a different sewing shop in Lancaster County. In two days I got a call that it was ready to pick up. They replaced two motor brushes that cost $7. The other sewing shop will now get my business.

Had a wonderful experience. Brought in a singer from the 80's that I couldn't get to work, turns out jo-ann fabrics sold me the wrong kind of bobbin for it. They were so helpful, and taught me what I need to look for and made sure it was all set up for me. Will recommend this place to everyone I know.

Run like crazy, I took my Elna server there all it needed were the knives replaced. They had it for months, lost my parts and claimed that’s how I brought it to them. Very unprofessional, and not at all trustworthy.
I have never been here so l do not know, but I imagine that they do.
HiAnnBurkhart This q&a is answered by the customers that have visited, not the business itself. You will probably need to call them. They do sell machines but I don't know what kinds.
All mechanical sewing machines require lubrication. There are many places where it's metal on metal and it requires a light weight oil ti reduce friction and operate properly without overworking the motor.
