Caring and diligent pharmacy staff, just overwhelmed by shortage of people as we are in a elderly community with very large needs. They’re doing a great job and their orders are always perfect! They also try very hard to find the lowest price!

So, so bad. Staff at counter is friendly enough, but waiting in a long line for prescriptions that are almost never ready when they are supposed to be? It's bad.

I'm super disappointed that this place has turned into the worst the place to get your prescriptions filled. They can update the message on the phone system with excuses why they aren't up to par but they can't update the hours on it they told me they closed at 8:00 p.m. (on the phone with a real person) I went in at 7:15 p.m. and they were closed.

if i could rate this place with no stars i would..they dont answer phone calls, they seem to always have an excuse why i have to wait days or weeks for a prescription that should have been filled, they have lied to me for the reason for why i cant get my prescription, IE "insurance issue" which both times they did that was totally untrue. ive never been to such a horrible pharmacy in my life but it is the ONLY pharmacy we can use on the southend.
