Messed my order up ...had shrimp asked for cocktail sauce but when I got back to the job I was on no sauce!

I ordered a 3pc blackened chicken strips & mashed potatoes with NO gravy. I told the server, no gravy on the potatoes. What did I get...mashed potatoes With gravy WTH!!! Does anybody listen???
