Nice place but not quite what we were anticipating. We both had the trio of wild game and caesar salads, we also started with the A5 carpaccio. The capriccio was still froze the plate and we just not that great, completely over done with citrus oil. The salads were good, the wild game trio was cooked perfectly and was pretty good(bison was the best). As some other reviews mentioned the place has just a really cold/unfriendly vibe going on. Waitress and host were as warm as a snowball. I realize that we are just tourists and not the local high roller crowd but still it would really make the dining experience alot better if the staff were more friendly!

Amazing experience. Worth the reviews and the hype. Expensive but not overpriced. Beautiful dining room on the second floor of a downtown park city building. “Garden room” has floor to ceiling windows to look out over Main Street. Everything I ordered was absolutely delicious. The bison short rib was incredible. And I know a molten lava cake is an easy crowd pleaser, but theirs was different. So delicious. All the staff was beyond professional and kind. This is a place to go to enjoy your evening and time. Don’t rush the experience. It’s amazing. Thank you all!!!
