Hello Greg, Thank you for your inquiry. "Karate" is a pretty generic term these days. Do you know what style of karate your son learned in Draper? We teach a Korean style called Soo Bahk Do. Many of our forms (patterns, kata) are the same as traditional karate styles. I recommend you and your son stop by for one of our classes. You can watch or participate. We meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:45 pm. Once you enroll, there is an exclusive black belt class Saturday at 9:00 am also. Thanks, Brian Corrales Owner/Chief Instructor
