We order 2 drinks we got 1 and stood there waiting for the other one we were 8 minutes trying to get his attention so we could get our drink finally got his attention and he gave us the wrong coffee not impressed 3 other employees could see and no asked to see why we stood at the pick up counter

One of the WORST Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. Looks like only teenagers work there. They mess up my drink EVERY time. So I always have to go to a different one to fix it. I’ve always given them the benefit of the doubt but after the 8th time. I’m done. I order an iced cocoa mocha signature latte. They give me an iced coffee with whipped cream and hot chocolate powder
