There are several little businesses here. The one I visited was an UPS shipping office. Entry on parking lot side. Same as for Cafe. Door across from same one you entered and walk in right up to counter. Customer service person very knowledgeable and helpful. Real easy to talk to. Did an Amazon return there. Simple.

This is a really lovely place to stay at! Great location right on the river, half of the rooms have river view, lovely old mill building with very modern interior, friendly service with a lot of little extras, such as access to refreshments at night, and included breakfast. Walking distance to the river front, a nice place to hang out, with artwork. Cafe and restaurant very close, the town not too far away. The breakfast hall is also a meeting room with large TV and a conference phone, if needed. The only thing they need to do is paint their sign in glow-in-the-dark white, because neither of us two saw it and we had to ask someone where the entrance is (tip: right underneath the very large UPS store sign).

Need MORE stars above and beyond 5 star's...LOVE this little gem in Little Falls NY. So much to see and do within walking distance or a couple HR drive...more pics on reg camera.. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Absolutely love this place! The beds are so comfortable. Each room is decorated differently but all beautiful! Nice and quiet, with the exception of the sound of the Mohawk River running outside. Come enjoy the peacefulness of Little Falls, NY.
