I would give no stars if possible. My daughter was taking a break from dance and wanted to try gymnastics. This is close to our house, and the price was pretty reasonable so we tried it out. I wasn't pleased with the gym but my daughter liked it so we finished the semester. She wanted to do another semester, so i paid for it and then Covid hit. Of course the gym was closed, as everything was at the time. I reached out to find out how they would proceed in regards to those who had paid for services but unable to get services because of the pandemic. I was told by the gym owner, that she had to go by mandates of the state and possibly could be opening back up in June. Ok, so June comes, i get emails and a mailer in the mail about the gym opening back up and summer camp. So, i again reached out to find out about a refund or a credit. I called and left messages and reached out through fb and finally spoke to the owner. She informed me that she wasnt sure if she would be able to make her rent for July, and that if she didnt file for bankruptcy, she could send me a partial payment. I didnt agree, but was willing to accept the response. July comes and goes, August comes and goes, and so i reach out again. I inform her i want my money back as the gym hasn't been closed down. I get a response that my full refund will be mailed to me by September 15. September comes and no payment. I reach out on September 28th again, and inform them that i am STILL waiting for my refund and express that i have been patient and fair. I get a response that apologizes and asks me for my gymnasts name and what class she was in, and explaining about an unexpected death in the family. I am apologetic and understanding, give my childs info, and nothing. No other response, nothing. I have reached out again, nothing. I offered to pick it up. Nothing. I explained i have been more than patient and reiterated the fact i am in no contract and i paid for services that were not rendered. I didnt accept a credit at this point, and explained this to the owner back in April, because I dont feel comfortable taking my child into a place that is enclosed and risking her contracting Covid or infecting a family member JUST for gymnastics, even if they did reopen, which is my perrogative. At which time the owner told me she would give me a refund but not all at once because she was financially strapped. This was prior to September and her offering to refund me in full. I just want my money back. I shouldnt have to sue someone for $227 just because they dont want to pay it back. I paid for a service that they couldnt fulfill. I want my money back. So i guess I'll see them in court. Update: I received my refund in the mail the day I posted this review. She docked me for one class, that my daughter didn't attend, but that just speaks to the pettiness. She also accompanied my check with a letter expressing how shes dealing with hardships and her gym is only functioning at 65% and how i surely understand. But then basically scolds me for wanting a refund and not being willing to wait, up to a year, like another family. So, i should be sympathetic to her, but not her to me. I am a single parent and i was out of work. I paid her for a service she couldn't provide and she didnt want to refund my money. This gym reminds me of a puppy mill anyway. Good riddance.

My 4 year old loves going here. They are doing a great job with the new covid safety regulations making it feel very safe and fun for the little ones that need to be active.

Great coaching with affordable rates and the gymnastics association they ate a part of allows your gymnast time to persue other activities. Highly recommend.
