A big thank you to NJ Spine & Wellness, Old Bridge; especially to Dr. Maria & Regina. They welcomed me and began physical therapy the same day I called. During each visit, they listened to my concerns and adjusted activities as needed. I am feeling so much better am now armed with exercises and tips to do on my own. Thank you to the staff; it really does take their village!!

My neurologist recommended Dr Mike at NJ spine and wellness after suffering from chronic head and neck pain due to an accident that had happened over a year ago. I had been to several doctors and another physical therapist prior that had all told me the same thing - that I was fine and there was nothing they could do. I was desperate to find a solution, and with the help of everyone at NJ Spine and Wellness, I did. The staff are so friendly and welcoming! During treatment, I worked with Dr. Mike, Dr. Nick, and Kasey. These three are the absolute best! Dr. Mike - THANK YOU! You assured me that my headaches would stop and I would be in much better shape come August. You walked me through the steps and the results were more than I could have ever asked for! You are so knowledgeable and patient - the greatest PT!!! Kasey - I cannot thank you enough for working with me, side by side, each and every day. You listened to me and offered me the best solutions. I appreciate every effort you put in towards helping me. You are truly AMAZING! Dr. Nick - you were an expert at listening to and understanding my pain, as well as offering immediate relief. I had never seen a chiropractor prior and I am so glad I did! Thanks to you, I’ve never felt better. I also had the opportunity to see Dr. Maria and Dr. Ian - two fantastic therapists that helped with jaw and shoulder pain that I experienced along the way. Overall, I could not have chosen a better place to be treated. I’m super excited to continue to use the tools I’ve been given and get back to normal life at school. I seriously could not recommend anywhere else. NJ Spine and Wellness is the best there is.

Everyone was always so welcoming and eager to help, especially Hanna, and Doctors Nick and Mike. I would always leave feeling refreshed and relieved, after everyone focused on the particularly strained areas of my body each week, and analyzed my history of past strenuous experiences. Any sort of progress or improvement was always met with a genuine smile and encouragement, as well as mutual satisfaction. If I ever feel I’ll be needing any adjustments in the future, I’ll be sure to come back for more sessions.
