Just moved from here. Didn't have any major issues living their. Didn't have to deal with the manager that much she seam very friendly and helpful, and does her best. Grounds are keep in good condition.

This has got to be one of the worst places to live! The management staff is disgustingly rude and does absolutely nothing to be considerate of their tenants. So many terrible accounts to note that I can’t take the time to write it all out but please don’t move here!

i've lived in a few apartment complexes and this is by far the best experience i've had! the management office team really cares about everyone who lives here and is very responsive to maintenance requests and complaints. they left me an entire bag of candy on my door when a outside vendor took a candy bar out of my dish, and made it a point to make sure I felt safe living here afterward. the maintenance guys are really nice and do everything they can to make sure they fix things right and in a timely matter. all of the neighbors in the building look out for each other. my cat got out a couple of weeks ago and my neighbors made sure they got her back to me safe. its always quiet and if there are ever noise problems, management takes care of it right away. living here has been the happiest i've been in a long time, and i'm really thankful for a management team that makes that possible, specifically Brielle as she has to read most of my emails lol. the rooms are huge, the people are nice, the atmosphere is beautiful.

Perhaps issues differ between buildings, but I've never had roach or maintenance issues. My 2 years here have been great and the only reason I'm leaving is because I'm looking for 2 bedrooms and more amenities and they don't have any 2 bedroom units available or washer/dryers in unit. If I ever had any issues (which were minor), responses were prompt and it was resolved in a timely manner. This complex is the best bang for your buck in the area with the space and comfortability it provides.
