I was told work would take a day they kept my vehicle 3 days didnt provide a loaner then I was charged ungodly amount for front brakes. When I brought it in my brakes aren't even making a noise but since leaving shell it sounds horrible I called and talked to owner he told me it's under warrant 2 yrs and yo bring it in. I told him I could bring it in now he said it's not a good day bring it in Monday I told him me and my wife work until 330 and we'll be in after I went in and was treated poorly they said they dont have time and told me I should take off tom and try again this shop is horrible
