Positive: Located in a quiet neighborhood...no traffic noise. Plenty of parking available. Staff was very friendly. Free breakfast was very satisfying, with lots of food options. Bed was comfortable but.... Negative: In our handicap room,bed sheet too short over shoulders. Room refrigerator noisy at night. No instructions on TV operation and some switches in bathroom. Sink faucet almost inoperable. Bathroom floor not clean. Shower curtain short allowed water on floor.

Stayed here overnight in between flights. This was not a vacation so I did not want to spend much money. I called the hotel directly to make reservations and the price was very reasonable. Upon check in, the front desk person was quick and very personable. The rooms are a bit small but my room was very nice and clean (room 110). I had a pleasant night, the bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Shower had great pressure in the morning. The breakfast was standard but good with plenty of coffee. I would definitely stay here again when in the Syracuse area.

We are staying her before we run a 5K and 1/2 marathon and are happy with this hotel. The rooms are clean and has a mi I kitchen, and the surrounding area is quiet. It’s not a 5 star hotel, but it’s good for a night or two.

We were charmed by the area around the property. Rooms are small but well designed. Very quiet neighborhood. Would return gladly. There is a Rite-Aid across the street that carries just about anything you could possibly want, including beer. We felt very safe and comfortable.
