You can’t put shredded in your single stream bin at your home. You will need to bag it and take it to a recycler in your area. Rocky Mountain Recycling is a great option to drop off shredded paper for free.

If your looking to pick something up then no. To drop off yes however you need a commercial account to use this transfer station.

You can drop off batteries at any interstate battery or batteries and bulbs but not in the trash

Steel and tin cans are a recyclable item. It is important to make sure your tins cans are empty and dry as they often contain food waste. Once in the bin, food waste can start decomposing the surrounding paper products which contaminates a recyclable load. Other tips to remember about steel and tin cans: labels can STAY on the cans and the easiest way to get chunks of food out of the steel and tin can is with a spatula.

Call Ace and a customer response member will transfer you to the accounts receivable department. Make sure you have your account # and invoice ready. Please be aware that we bill for the current month. This means we send you a bill for January on Jan. 1st. Your bill is not considered past due until the 1st of the next month. For example you would have all month to pay a bill you received in January. It would not be considered past due until Feb 1st.

If you put out your recycling or garbage container following the can placement procedures, and it is missed, please call ACE Disposal at 801-363-9995. A customer response member will ask you your pickup day and record your address for the earliest possible pickup.

Sometimes frozen garbage can get stuck in the bottom of the can during winter, and grass clippings can get stuck in the hot summer. If you are able to dislodge the materials that are stuck, give Ace a call to dump the rest of your can, and we will pickup as soon as possible.

Please do not put dirt, rock, concrete or sod in the containers. It is too heavy, and could damage our equipment. Other prohibited items include flammable materials such as oil, gas, and paint or hot ashes and coals; hazardous and toxic waste, septic tank waste, exposed animal waste or explosive and radioactive materials; automotive products including motor oil, tires, and batteries; metal and debris from construction, remodeling, or demolition projects.

Our business customers might miss their pick up times for a variety of reasons such as a car or immovable object is blocking their dumpster. At this time we do not offer can cleaning services. If your can is broken, we would be happy to replace it!

We pick up trash throughout the entire week in West Valley City. Your scheduled time depends on the area that you live. Your 95 gallon roll-out container should be placed in the street with the wheels against the curb or within 2 feet of the blacktop. The handle should be pointed towards the house with the opening of the container faced towards the street, before 6:30 am on the scheduled collection day.

If you have a city can call your cities public works department and they will replace your can, free of charge, if you have a ace can call customer service.

This is not a drop off location for trash or recycle...

Most trucks have set routes for each individual trucks in different neighborhoods depending on what they are hauling they usually come at different times. For example in West Jordan you could have a truck that's starting on the east part of town it will be working West towards the landfill throughout the day. And then you have the recycle truck that will start on the west side of town and will be working east towards the recycle facility. I hope that helps.
