Seeking it online would be a better idea

A gross mismanagement of time and resources 8 registers and 2 of them manned. No air conditioning service was slow and unhelpful...better off ordering from Amazon.

Can a customer bring their own balloons and get them inflated there ? If so, how much does it cost per balloon ?

You can buy your own helium tank there. They will probably only use their own balloons . But at the dollar store they have helium balloons for only a dollar each & many to pick from for different occasions .
