If I could give 0 star i would!!! This place is NOT what it used to be!!! Rent keep getting high every year but apartments are still in the SAME status… NO IMPROVEMENT whatsoever. I called regarding my bathtub peeling off from wtv spray they used on it, until today NO ACTION, not even a call or email for an update. Now don’t get me started on the PAPER WALLS!!! that’s what they have here, pray for a good neighbor if not you’re screwed. As i am writing this review I’ve been up since 4:30am because MY NEIGHBOR IS UP! I called; emailed even went to the leasing office to complain about this neighbor. THEY DO NOT CARE! Brittany clearly refused to talk to me on the phone and/or see me talking about she’s in a meeting. I hate this place i can’t wait to see my lease to an end.

I’ve been here for over a year now and not once had an issue with anyone or anything, management is awesome, maintenance is always reliable, grounds are always maintained and upkept. Awesome place to call home

My tub has been consistently peeling from the spray they continue to use on the tubs. Called maintenance several times for her to finally say, Im on a list and don't know when it could be fixed. They're waiting for the contractor to respond. REALLY?? The most asinine response ever!! Ive noticed people in this area talk to people as if they're stupid. She's basically saying, it will never get fixed. If they stop using these antiquated tubs you people wouldn't have this problem. But they more for rent every year. Go figure. Second, no insulation in the walls, therefore you can hear your neighbor's full conversation below you. Third, they start cutting the grass n trimming the bushes before 8 a.m. So you will be awaken by loud machines right under your window. Fourth, no vent above the stove and they have the hood too low. Exactly, 17.5" from the cooking surface to the hood. Minimum should be 20" to 24". This is a hazard and not up to code. Will be reported. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

1 bdrm, yes. I don't think they accept sec 8. 7 yrs ago we knew someone living there and you needed good credit.
No to my knowledge they don't. My son lives there with a 800+ credit score and $85k salary and they gave him a hard time getting approved. They did recently change management so maybe you should call them directly.
I believe you pay one flat rate for a pet. The rent doesn't go up you just pay more up front
