Phenomenal service! I had a designer bag with chain link strap that yanked open. Bag repairs cost me over $150 and 3 weeks of sending it out so I brought it here and they charged me $10 and fixed it with in 5 minutes and it was back to being perfect! Customer service was a 10/10 ! Thank you!!
