Listen simply because you can’t get the channel does not mean that you need to be negative. PBS is not-for-profit, publicly and privately funded. If you are not receiving the channel you should contact your cable provider or get an antenna. I have been a supporter since 2019 and I really enjoy having passport. I have canceled my Amazon Prime and Netflix. I have not looked back or run out of shows to watch

They need some real customer service people everybody's too busy doing nothing it seems so they don't even want volunteers they're too busy to interview or take and get any of them they must have all the money in the world because they sure don't seem to need anymore

Signed up for Passport. They took my money, but nowhere on their website does it mention it takes up to 2 days to get a login for Passport. I called them to see if I could get a login over the phone, but was told that was impossible, but they would make sure I got my money back. Two days later, no money (and my credit card had been charged). Turns out they can take your money, but they can't refund it. Really?? If this isn't fraud, it's at least deception and incompetence. Make sure you have a couple of days before you actually want to use Passport before you sign up. And know whatever money they can get their hands on, they will not return.
