I used to work here they have bad customer service they workers come to work mad everyday and there supervisor don’t care about nobody he don’t do no work he walk around and look at everybody all day. It’s two supervisors they both lazy they always calling other workers who be on the Raymond forklift to do something that there post to do.They don’t keep there word when they say something they always lying if you with a staffing agency or whatever they treat you different then others.There manager who is the warehouse manager who name is Gean he a white man he’s very racist.

Just called and asked for a price on a part number. Your Salesman told me he was in the middle of something, then told me ‘they already have there customer base and because of the shortages”..I ended the conversation there. I’d pay for shipping from china before I come here for anything.

Very bad tolerance. 30% of the cut aluminum was straight scrap. Customer service doesn't care about fixing the problem, only about new business. They sent a flatbed with our parts without announcing and to the wrong address. The driver was already used to this chaos and helped resolve it. Better find a professional supplier.

Horrible customer service. At the very least, please ask to be taken care of by someone other than ANGEL. He gave us a quote and we placed the order for the material within 5 minutes of receiving the quote. The next day we received 65 of the 115 pieces ordered. We called to see what happened with the rest of the order and was told material was on back-order (we were not told in any way that part of the order would be on back-order). We were understanding of the extended timeline to receive the rest of the material. Then, we were notified 2 weeks later that the material was ready to be dropped off but that it now had gone up in price significantly. This was NOT the price we had agreed to. We understand the current state of things and how that's caused delays and shortages with material but you need to have clear communication with your clients. We quoted our client based on the price we had placed the full order on and now we have to take the loss.
