The going out of business sale was a huge joke. If you raise your prices, there is no discount. Very disappointing. False advertising.

My wife does a lot of sewing, and this is by far the best large chain store option when it comes to fabrics, and supplies. We've scored some really good deals on beautiful quilting fabric patterns, and they have a decent selection of jelly rolls, and fat quarter bundles. They were also the only one we've seen with a wide variety of special rules, curtain grommets, etc... The other crafting stores (looking at you Hobby Lobby, and Michaels) don't really do good when it comes to the tools, and hardware of the hobby. Another nice thing is that they normally have multiple people cutting and measuring fabric which is nice for us because we normally buy a lot at once.

Awesome store and sales staff. I called just to make sure the item I was seeing on the website was in stock. I was greeted on the phone by Charlie who went out of his way to make sure they had the items. When he learned I was driving 70 miles one way just for the white chenille he offered to put the 2 rolls behind the counter for me. He also told me of some other colors that were in stock. When I arrived at the store I did indeed purchase some of the other colors. When I went to check out I told them I had spoke with Charlie and he had placed 2 items back for me she immediately said yes, Charlie made sure they knew where he had placed them before he left. This is the kind of customer service you can no longer find and I certainly appreciated Charlie’s help. I’m sorry to say that I don’t recall the young lady that checked us out but her name did start with a V. She was equally as helpful and friendly. Way to go Joann fabrics for a wonderful sales team and store in Norman, Oklahoma.
