I was here to do some work in the ER, very poor staffing. There are definitely some remarkable people here. People who really do care about the patients. But there are also some staff members with pretty limited regard for patient care. Some people here want to educate you and teach you the ropes, but there are also other people here who would like to hamper your education, why? I don't know, possibly out of spite.

This is the 2nd time I've been admitted into this hospital. The nurses are great they can only do what the prescribes for pain. I was in pain for over 3 hrs plus and I couldn't even get my normal pain meds. When I did get them they weren't even what I normally take. I can't even get Tylenol for my ragi g headache. I will never come back to this hospital!

Came to the ER ( which I hate to do). Received excellent care and a follow up call to check on me. The Nurses were very professional and kind to everyone who came in the ER.

You are looking at a bill and see charges for the hospital and charges for RAD?. RAD would be sherman hospital radiology where imaging studies are performed and a radiologist reads the study. You will see a separate charge for the radiologist reading your exam.
Yes. But they are very good to patients. Call for appt.
When you come in thru the front entrance you will have to check in, from there they will lead you to where you need to go

Did you ask your nurse? Or just a random employee?
Ya, right as you walk in the building, that's where the info desk is. They'll direct you where to go.
