I love this store, the people on the floor are very helpful and nice. I'm rating a 4 because I ordered 2 boxes of tile and it took them 2 hrs to find. Fortunately Ana the manager was relentless on trying to find them, she had a few employees help look for them including herself. She was even talking about many reasonable resolutions just in case we didn't find them. I'm happy I met her she really did understand the urgency. Thank you Ana!!

Extremely poor or no help at all in Saturday,at Pembroke Pines store. One lady said she was to busy, theater said she was counting something, she never came back,When I was ready to pay,4 girls talking at cash register including her,I told her what happened u never came back to help me, shesaid I got distracted and busy with other stuff, that was her response, not did u find what u needed, let me help u, I polarize. nope. not even a smile I bought 5k in tile, no one helped me not even to load up in van, Joshua helped me load up the Kart and was the only employee that helped me. Toany young employees not even 21 no xperience in Tile nor costumer service. The store in Miami gardens I'm doing a second Bath. Went there,what a diffrence. From the earth to thesky,the sky, willing to help, got my $8K bath purchased fast and did no carry 1 tile. Everyone smiling and helpfull,more inventory as well. I did notice no kids working there at all,everyone mature and experienced in the fieald.

Went to a few stores in the Floor and Decor chain, and this was by far the best of the experiences. Prices and selection were great, and the two team members who work with us were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Will shop here again
