TA just don't get more than the mandatory one star from me. I'm very properly parked and due to the stupid layout of this chain I'm forced to have to wake people up if I have to leave before them. Why haven't anybody sued ta yet for not having handicapped showers. They small edgy and dangerous if you hit a knee or limb. To make matters worse. On a hot day the shower cleaner turns on the hot light timer. It was like a sauna. Couldn't even fully dry off. Not so bright of a decision maker there. The nerve to have a tip cup in the shower rooms after the parking, clerks and shower room experience.

Ta/Petro REALLY need to get with the program when it comes to internet. It's so horrendous the only way it could profit is off of starry-eyed hopefuls who think they might actually get it fixed but end up just getting ripped off. All kinds of places on the road offer free wifi that isn't bogged down with metering and trying to profit off every hour (where you can only get 15 minutes of work done!) Truckers don't need the unnecessary manufactured aggravation.

Cool mechanics, very nice young ladies in the restaurant serving the food… Make sure you tip em! Shout out to the cook as well the whitefish is amazingly good.. Found a good parking space next to the shop, just make sure you get here before sundown to better your chances for a good (free) parking space. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Hair's My Experience

My company sent me to the TA to get my tire fixed. When at the service desk the heavy set, tall dude was aggravated when talking to my dispatch department about the cost of the tire. He told me it would be 2 hours before getting me into the shop because they had two trucks were in front of me. Three hours pass and I call asking what time we’re they going to get me in because I was told 2 hours. The person I spoke to apologized and said someone called out, they had only one technician in and it was going to be 3 hours. Three hours pass and I call again the lady told me 3 hours because there are two PM services in front of me. There was one tractor and trailer in the bay ever since I arrived. Didn’t look like anyone was working on the truck, but the hood on the tractor was not up. At this point I feel like I was held hostage when I could have gone 1/4 mile to the Loves Travel shop to get the tire. Good Customer is so hard to find today.
