I scheduled an appointment for my son to get a haircut before graduation. They were ready for him when we got there. They were friendly and listened to what he wanted. The stylist communicated with him throughout the cut to ensure he was pleased with the result. He was, and I was as well. I would highly recommend Smart Style.

The reason I don't recommend this salon is because every time my husband goes to get a razor cut there's only 1 person working even though there are multiple salon areas. He goes to great clips now cause they have several stylists working.

The decision was made not by me to allow my daughter to have a perm performed at this salon. 1) clearly the products used on her hair were not at all allowed to process fully or they just flat out have bad products when it comes to perm solution, thankfully it’s going to rinse out very quickly due to your inability to do a proper perm 2) they fried my daughters hair 3) they let her walk out without any attempt to fix the problem 4) at no point did they acknowledge that clearly they had no idea how to do a quality perm 5) there’s a reason you’re working in a salon in Walmart. Never not once not ever have I experienced or seen a quality job at any Walmart salon Your employees should further their education and not give another perm until they do.
