I've read a few reviews about the customer service and I can empathize with those who didn't get good service. Luckily for me I had eye candy with me so the guys were kinda professional. As for the rental. I rented a 4seater electric golf cart since the two seaters weren't available. The golf cart itself was fun to drive, my only issue was turning. I had to put a lil xtra into every turn I made. The experience was cool overall.

This company itself I had no problem with. However, know that if you are going to rent a vehicle in key west, you better either rent a bicycle or scooter. There are very few legal parking areas on the island for the golf carts - VERY FEW!!!. When you do park your cart illegally, and you will more than likely have to, you will absolutely get a parking ticket for around 50 bucks. It seems to me that the local government and these rental companies could have some sort of backdoor agreement going on, to make boat loads of money on parking tickets. I didn't rent a scooter, but since they are licensed vehicles, i could imagine the same may apply. My advice, rent a bicycle. The island isn't very big, and it's relatively flat. Or even better, just walk!
