Great location surrounded by many restaurants. Front staff was excellent. The room had a musty smell but it was very clean. The matress was ok. Bathroom very spacious and water pressure was good. Breakfast was sausage, bacon, eggs, waffles and the normal fare. The pool was clean and refreshing. We'd definitely return to this hotel when in the area.

Place is clean and roomy! However, the guest laundry was impossible to use as it runs off of quarters only. As you know—there’s a national coin shortage. We were told front desk did not have any quarters. We had to drive to a washateria to get quarters. Which kind of defeats the whole purpose of having a guest laundry room. Traveling has been stressful and this just kind of pushed me over the edge today. We have small children with special needs and I am really disappointed that it’s taken me an hour just to do one load!

The absolute worst experience I've had at a Hampton, and I'm a platinum member. Both the GM and the assistant were very rude. We were told 1 price for a conference room on 2 separate occasions and booked it. We asked for confirmation and were told they couldn't do that. When we arrived they had no idea we had a reservation. The room they gave us had nothing in it and there was trash on the floor. When I went to pay the price jumped by $100! They didn't try to make it right at all! We will never use this hotel again or book guests here.

Adequate for the price, breakfast area was large and plentiful, everything was clean and I really liked how they had lysol wipes around the lobby. This made cleaning up before and after kids much easier. Nothing blew me away but also didn't have any trouble.
