a family member went to open an accout today - with a local bank check from a small local bank. The person who opened the acount said 3-5 biz days for funds to clear, then the lady at the counter said it would be 11 days. My family member asked for a manger and the lady said none were available. The family member left after spending all that time there and is bringing her business elsewhere. The lady should have gotten a manger on the phone if none were at the branch- which I found out was the case when I called. I spoke to this teller and she seemed not to care- I told her she blew a good deal by not making an effort to get a manager on the phone.

Excellent customer service! My partner and I came to this bank after an issue occurred with her account, causing it to be closed. We’ve been to almost all the Chase banks in the area, and nobody had any answers, nor could she withdrawal her funds from the account.. We came to this Chase Bank as a last hope and Syra was absolutely incredible to us. She listened to us and talked to her higher ups to help us out with our issue, which is now resolved! A big thanks to Syra and her team here at Chase Bank in Clifton Park!
