I waited 38 minutes for a live person to answer and they were unable to tell me simply what their mailing address is in order for me to send a post card for change of mailing address! Are these federal employees still not working because of covid?!

Don't waste your time calling this number. Held for over an hour. Then it transfers and just rings for another 13 minutes so far ( it's still ringing ). Last time I actually talked to someone it was too much work for them to do their job.

No one EVER answers the phone. I can sit and wait for an hour on hold and no one ever picks up.. Have been doing this for two weeks now.. no answers..

This is a waste of time and money!!! Tried to report fraudulent phone calls and numbers and all I got was a recording. Can't talk to a human being.

Yes you need appointment
I went in person a week ago and they can only assist you through phone call. If they need you to go in person they will set an appointment for you.
Not immediately. All have to be ordered and come in the mail.
