Yes they do fill co2 tanks

Masks are required to enter. A sign in the ingredients room states that you must wash your hands before measuring grain. You can also email your order, they will gather it, and have it all ready to go when you get there.
Yes, they've been open the entire time. A mask is currently required, since they are in Omaha.
