The Beyond chicken almost made me a customer but every time I have gone back this location is out of it and most other dishes. Also maybe suggest to the employees not to curse loudly at each other with the drive-thru intercom on.

My chicken was raw last week my vegetables were raw like fresh raw I called in to soak to a manager and was placed on hold for 20 minutes I hung up called again the next day seems like the same young lady put me on hold after 15 minutes I hung up again I will be reaching out to corporate. There is a Thai place in the food court that serves the exact same stuff and it is 20 times better is beside great steak. They ate friendly and they also have fried chicken wings🥰

Ordered a plate of food from Panda Express. Then I discovered there was a baby roach underneath my food in the bag. Of course, I threw away my food because unsure if there was any roaches inside my plate of food. Please check to see if there is a bugs in your bag before you start eating your food. The supervisor I'd spoke with on Oct 10th at 1pm stated that there was another incident where it was a roach on top of the box, but she feels as though its coming from the warehouse. Please check your food!

Nobody inside yet drive through is taking 30mins for 5 cars , cars only after the 30 minute wait no sign stating “card only for drive through” Not sure what’s wrong with the workers but nobody seems to want to do anything.

I don't think Panda delivers.
If I'm not mistaken, they will prepare a fresh batch of an entree item rather than serve a customer something that looks old, cold, or otherwise unappetizing? If the customers are hanging in there through all of that (waiting), it must be worth it? Plus, I've been there when customers simply can't (or won't) make up their minds about the food they want, and that holds things up, too. Each experience is unique. Perhaps if you could provide more specifics about these visits you spoke of, we could answer your question with more certainty?
