Good food but Customer service gets a 0. I’ve been eating here for years and saw I could place an order on Grubhub. When it comes to Grubhub the driver orders your food and then brings it to you … I simply wanted to let them know half of the wings are mild and half are bbq and not all bbq. After telling the address , describing the store etc they kept trying to tell me they don’t do Grubhub etc very rudely and hung up on me twice when I’m looking right at the order and talked tot he driver. This is America where we have common decency for everyone and have ethics in our workplace . You don’t get to treat or talk to anyone any type of way. And as I said and as you can see, YOU ARE ON GRUBHUB and do have an online menu despite what you think. Now next time instead of being so defensive over nothing take a second to listen and not hang up in customers face who’s been buying from you for years. All of my phone calls are also recorded if they want to lie as they always do and say no one was rude. Consequences will be given since customer service isn’t a priority here at all.
