This is my second time experiencing an almost 2 hour wait here, today was the worst!! I had my 7 year old grandson who have ADHD🥲🥲🥲 I pray I never have to come back here!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!! NO RESPECT FOR PATIENTS 🥲🥲 I wish I could give no stars ⭐️ they don’t deserve ANY!!’n

The entire experience is ok at best. The billing is very confusing. The wait times are horrendous (I waited 2+ hours with an appointment, then it took another hour for them to do the actual imaging I came in there for). The doctors and nurses are professional, but spent about as little time as they could with me and didn’t really listen to my concerns (I was there for 3 hours, yet spent less than half an hour in total with the doctor or attending nurse). They’re a respectable practice, I don’t think they’re bad at what they do. But if it weren’t that my insurance forces me to get referrals, I’d never choose this place voluntarily.

Horrible wait time !!!! I was there for two hours and had only received a hearing test!!! I had to wait a whole hour just to be seen while everyone that was there after me was called to the back.

I was not able to hear for a week. I called desperate they got me in the next day and I will be forever grateful. The Doctor Brechtelsbauer was very personable and kind. I am so happy to be able to hear again!

I’m sorry that your wife passed away. However, Dr. Brodish and Dr. Gruber have both examined me and Dr. Brodish has done surgery on me for my throat cancer, and he has been very concerned and very thorough. My only negative feedback is he told my parents the results of what he saw during the surgery and they had to relay it to me rather than he himself telling me directly, and the only reason he didn’t is because I was already extreme upset, still under the affects of the anastesia, and my blood pressure was extremely high. So, I let him slide for that. But, Dr. Brodish has been referred to me as the best in his field by some very reputable doctors who are also my PCP and Oncologist and are the best in their field as well. I moved to Rocky Mount, NC from Dallas because of shoddy medical treatment because I was on county assistance. When I got here, I did a lot of research to ensure I received nothing but the best treatments from the best doctors and Brodish is the best ENT in NC.
