This place is a joke! You pay twice as much and get much less of everything. New management? They gyp you on toppings like it is gold. I got a small $7 shake that was ice cream flavored milk. If we are paying more, we shouldn't be getting less, should be getting the same as before.

I came in today 2/15/2022 at around 7:40pm and I had ordered a cone with double scoop ice cream and when the girl handed it to me and I bent down to give it to my daughter the scoops had fallen so I asked if there was any way I can get those scoops again because they had fallen and she said she still had to charge me for it. Which is absolutely ridiculous because I had contacted another store and asked if my scoops had fallen inside the store would they give me the scoops again and they said yes at no charge. So im not sure if thats not the policy here or what but the girl was rude and I didn’t agree with being charged for the ice cream scoops. There was two girls, one with a short haircut while the other girl the one who charged me was the one with eyelash extensions. Will not be returning to this Baskin Robin and I don’t recommend anyone else to go because they will charge you for scoops that fell right inside the store regardless.
