They don't have any pet friendly cottages. That's really disappointing. *edit* some context: my family is staying at a cottage & we realized there were no pets allowed, so we found a place to stay that was pet friendly, we asked if our dog would be able to visit the waterfront cottage as long as she didn't go inside/stay or obviously go to any common areas such as the pool or playground. But no dogs are allowed on the premise at all, I could understand not wanting a dog in common areas, but not letting her leashed on the property were renting seems a little overboard. Anyways, its definitely put a damper on our family trip. My dog is 12 years old, requires a special diet so I don't trust leaving her in a kennel and my entire family will be at these cottages so there is no one to watch her at home. Might sound ridiculous to some but pets are part of the family! So now instead of being with my family, Myself, husband, son, and our little old dog indigo will be staying elsewhere, having to do a 10 minute drive back and fourth throughout the day, everyday to take care of our dog. Obviously it's what needs to be done so we're going to do it so we can see our family but, it's just extremely disappointing that they don't have any sort of accommodations. I think Angel rock should consider having some pet friendly cottages maybe set back, or in a specific area so peoples pets could enjoy a little vacation too.

Great spot for a retreat away from the hustle of the real world. Our family takes a yearly trip up to the 1000 Islands area and we are so happy to have found Angel Rock. We have spent the past few years in a rental home, however next year we are renting cottages closer to the water with less stairs. The docks are a bit harder to get to for the older folks as there are a lot of stairs. The staff is always friendly and attentive to any issues we have had. Which have been minimal. The pool is a nice feature for us as well. There are only a few fire pits, which is no big deal to us as we are typically there during a less busy time. We really enjoy this place and look forward to spending more time on the St Lawrence at Angel Rock!

A wonderful cottage getaway. We've visited Angel Rock twice (pre-pandemic and again in May 2022), and would come back a third time! Carol and Dan are gracious hosts who provide wonderful experiences on spacious and clean property.
