Check everything before purchasing! Midwest cash has same management but their products aren’t being inspected properly. Recently purchased a big screen tv at midwest in Herrin Illinois. The people working there was kind enough to hold it a few days for me until I could arrange transport. Picked it up on a Friday and strangely Midwest is closed on Saturday which makes returning it within the 24hr period an impossibility. When I viewed tv at pawn shop it was placed on the floor and I didn’t notice anything wrong with picture until I got it home and was eye level with it. The whole bottom half of the tv has smudge prints from applying dirty hands to the screen and someone decided to take it up a notch and draw a picture that resembles a giant manhood which doesn’t always fade out when using this garbage. The controller it came with was broken which begs the question why did Midwest take it.. I checked the brightness setting and noticed it was set to negative one. My conclusion is the previous owner set the brightness to negative one in the hope the pawnshop didn’t notice the giant manhood drawn on the bottom half of the tv and then sabotaged the controller so no one could adjust picture settings. Tried adjusting manually and it doesn’t seem to work either. Not pleased with the inconvenience of dealing with this. I would not recommend anyone assuming Midwest cash cares about providing inspection. Do it yourself! And definitely don’t buy anything that’s difficult to transport without checking your purchase thoroughly before buying.

I've been visiting this place often while off work from fusion spine surgery...and it's changed a lot lately. Now you can't even pawn tools like laser levels or sports items or even musical items. And when you bring in a silver coin you don't even get close to melt price...come on! And how in the hell does a laser level not sell? It wasn't even looked at. Hell I'll start my own online store...Biden's America strikes again!
