The theater had staffing problems. Come very early if you want to get tickets or food. Staff charged full price for tickets even though it was a Tuesday and the big sign said $6.50. That was fixed but we were not allowed to buy half price popcorn even though the big sign said we could. This was a budget helper since then we didn't buy drinks! No accessible toilet for men. No toilet paper in all but one stall in women's room. No problems with movie viewing.

This theater has gone so significantly downhill it makes me sad. The lobby is cold and empty and super confusing to know what line to be in. People cut on front of each other all the time because of a lack of direction. There are no trash cans pretty much anywhere, causing trash and popcorn and other food to be spilled and left on the the floor. The bathroom smells like someone died in it because of whatever cleaner they use. The overall quality of the theater is simply nonexistent and the staff looks oppressed and thoroughly disinterested. Just sad.

I love going during covid. The place isn't packed and you can enjoy the show! :)

I have to say after not being back to this theater for some 10 years I am impressed at how things have changed. I especially enjoyed the electric recliner chairs. Makes the movie viewing experience all the more enjoyable to watch. Well worth the cost of a showing. Came to watch the new Clifford movie.

Yes... for this reason, my family and I choose to go to this Theater more often than others. Plus, the staff here are more professional.
Technically no. But you can. Just put it in a bag or purse. If they dont know they cant stop you.
Seats are picked out upon purchase. I've always done it online just to make sure ahead of time.
Theres a theater in Mechanicsburg called amc, you can see it there
