We got a bipap machine from them, as we try to support local businesses, however we have found out they charged our insurance company almost 5x more than value and are still going after us for our co-pay which is almost the full value of the avg. Retail cost! It is businesses like these that have caused our medical costs to be do excessive!

Super nice and helpful when you bring them your business on day one. they tell you they'll make sure your deliveries are taken care of etc. tell you what you can have every month. but, if I don't call them, nothing gets delivered. then they say, oh we havent gotten it yet. so, what? everyone of their customers who use depends are all delivered on the same day? but they bill my motheres insurance on the same day. but her deliverys took 2 weeks to get last time. and im not the only one. the company i work for stopped using them cause they don't deliver on time. our customers are special needs. they need their depends. and have no money to buy more.
